Privacy policy

Last updated

This policy covers the Khui website at khui.app. We collect as little as we can, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers.

What we collect

  • Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you across sites.
  • Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which emails it to us.
  • Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and to improve Khui. We use visit statistics to understand what’s working on the site. We don’t use your information for advertising.

Services we rely on

These providers handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

  • Vercel: hosting and analytics
  • Web3Forms: contact form delivery
  • Google Fonts: the site’s typefaces, which your browser loads from Google

Stored on your device

If you turn on “Peek at the Thai”, your browser remembers that choice in local storage. It never leaves your device. We don’t set cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, then delete them. Analytics and logs are kept for the periods set by Vercel.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact page. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or Thailand’s PDPA may give you further rights.

The app

This policy is about the website. The Khui app’s privacy details are shown on its App Store and Google Play listings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
